I have thin, fine hair that is frequently colored, plus a sensitive scalp. It was a big chance to spend so much on a shampoo and conditioner set with so few reviews, but I’ve been switching over to products that are a little more natural and haven’t found anything I like from in-person shopping so I took a gamble. I’m glad I did!PROS:- The scent is divine. It’s less strong than Aveda shampoos, but similar in that it has a fresh herbal smell rather than smelling like a typical perfumed shampoo.- It made my hair feel super clean.- It did a great job of removing hairspray buildup.- It made my hair super fluffy and easy to work with. I don’t use mousse or gel, just a hair dryer, and it was easy to just kind of push my hair around and then spray into place.- It didn’t irritate my sensitive scalp, nor did it irritate my facial rosacea.- The shampoo lathered up really well.- The second time I used it, I let me hair air dry and it was just as fluffy and easy to style as if I had used the hairdryer. This was a big shock because I typically have to use the hairdryer after washing or else my hair has zero lift and it can look kind of stringy. If I can get away with not using the hairdryer most of the time, I can cut down on any heat damage, so I’m hopeful this will prove to be possible with Soley!CONS:- A set of shampoo and conditioner are on the pricier side, so trying this brand out isn’t budget-friendly.- I have dry ends thanks to all the coloring my hair goes through, and I definitely needed to have the companion conditioner to follow up the shampoo. (It also seems that the conditioner has to be left in at least 2 minutes to be effective.)- I’m not comfortable with the unsealed containers. The conditioner bottle in the set I received was obviously used because it had tape all around the top and there were long, dark hairs on the bottle and inside the cap. At this price, the items should be completely new!

This is the best shampoo I have found to address dry scalp/eczema condition. It works in a matter of days and most importantly it keeps working all year long, contrary to other products. One thing that makes a difference is not only the natural herbs and products put in there, but also the fact that Icelandic water carries volcanic minerals and algaes that get passed through the plants. Actually many people travel from all around the world to treat their eczema in Iceland’s natural hot springs.I don’t have any scientific proof of what active ingredient are at work here, but the results are there, at least for me.

This is my new favorite shampoo! Really liked the smell and love that it’s a clean alternative to other major shampoo brands. Definitely give this a try

I have an irritated area in my scalp that my dermatologist states “not psoriasis or eczema”. I have tried allkinds of products to no avail. This shampoo and conditioner have made my scalp more comfortable andit gets better each time I use them. They leave my hair full of body and I love them. There is no fragranceto them. My hair is fine and thin and I love these products.

Loved this line in our hotel in Reykjavik a couple years ago but sadly had run out of all we carried home. I alternate between the two shampoos and yes they do smell like Iceland (no, not the sulfur pools!!). Please make the Graedir hand cream available next.

My relative recently gifted me the GRÆÐIR SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER, knowing that I was seeking a new natural shampoo and conditioner that would support my dry scalp. This was the perfect find. I’ve never been to Iceland but these bottles smell as I imagine Iceland does. Fresh, herbal and sweet. But it’s also subtle and not overpowering. The shampoo lathers really well and the conditioner left my hair soft and shiny. Really impressed so far, thank you!

I have a sensitive scalp and dandruff, and this is one of the only shampoos that works really well on it for me! I really love this brand’s “Graedir healing ointment,” so I was thrilled when I realized they have a shampoo!! 🙂 (Just a side note, the Graedir healing ointment is amazing for basically any skin condition I’ve had!!)

I’ve been searching for a vegan, clean ingredient shampoo that actually moisturizers my hair for FOREVER. Love the smell and formula, a little goes a long way. Makes my scalp feel refreshed without any overpowering scent.
